Jennifer Dvoskin, Psy.D.

Clinical Psychologist

Hello, I am Jennifer and I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Arizona and Mississippi. I specialize in the treatment of Obsessive-compulsive Disorder in children and adults. I also have experience in the treatment of all anxiety disorders, trauma, depression, relationship issues, friendship and school struggles, and addictions. I believe in the power of psychotherapy. I believe that the therapist and client work best when working together, collaborating, creating a treatment plan that focuses on healing and helping the client feel they are meeting goals. I enjoy working with athletes and other high performers and am a strong believer in cognitive-behavioral therapy and focusing on changing how you think can change how you feel.

About Me:

I specialize in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, other anxiety disorders, behavior problems, friendship and relationship issues, and problems at school. I have trained and worked at Sierra Tucson, one of the world’s best substance abuse treatment centers, and have provided inpatient treatment for addictions and behavioral problems.

I provide individual and family therapy primarily working with children ages 12 and over, teens, and young adults. I particularly enjoy working with college age students and I have collaborated with the University of Arizona's athletics program to provide clinical services to collegiate athletes.

E.B. White said, “A break in the clouds and all is changed.” I believe in the value of psychotherapy and understand that everyone is different and provide treatment tailored to each client’s specific needs. Therapy provides that needed respite, “break in the clouds.” Clients have told me that my energy and creativity makes it easier to adjust to the therapy process.
